The inspiration for this came from one of my own oil paintings. This time I went further ahead in exploring the world of chiaroscuro...t­he manner that I always enjoy. I kept my stokes fairly casual and suggestive, but at the same incorporated much detail in a painterly way. Painted this in Artrage from memory. My goal was to achieve what’s beyond the apparent, what has to be felt, the air, the mood, the environment.
